FRENCH PORT OPTS FOR HYBRID LNG DREDGER

Barillec Marine will supply LNG diesel-electric propulsion and the water injection dredging system for a new LNG hybrid dredger for the Port of Bordeaux. When completed, the dredger, ordered by Dragages Ports and Bordeaux Port Atlantique, will be the first new dual-fuel construction in France aside from LNG tankers.
